As part of the Alliance Literary Festival (ALF) 2026, Nari Shakthi Riders Meet – “Her Story on Wheels” celebrates women riders and riding communities whose journeys reflect courage, independence, leadership, and purpose. This unique ALF experience blends movement, storytelling, and empowerment, where real-life journeys inspire the next generation.

Participation Rules

  • Participation is open to women riders and riding clubs.
  • Each club must register a minimum of 2 riders and a maximum of 10 riders.
  • It is compulsory for every club to include at least one woman rider.
  • All participants must complete online registration and payment before the event.

Ride & Safety Guidelines

  • All riders must carry a valid driving license, vehicle registration, and insurance..
  • Wearing certified helmets is mandatory for all riders.
  • Participants must strictly follow traffic rules and ride discipline.
  • Stunts, rash riding, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate disqualification.

Event Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain discipline, respect, and inclusivity throughout the event.
  • Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances is strictly prohibited..
  • Any misconduct or violation of rules will lead to disqualification without refund..

Presentations & Judging

  • Clubs selected for stage presentations must adhere to the allotted time limits.
  • Presentation content must be original, respectful, and non-political.
  • Decisions of the ALF organizing committee and judging panel shall be final.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Alliance University and ALF 2026 reserve the right to modify the event schedule or format if required.
  • The university will not be responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage during the event.
  • Participants consent to photography and videography for ALF promotional use.
  • By registering, participants agree to comply with all event rules and regulations.
